3 of my recepies:
1. mix in some Wasabi + Soy... tastes like Sushi.
2. Crush some Walnuts, and mix them in with either some Honey, or some artificial sweetner. This is based on some fancy restaurants recipe - they use honey but i just use some sweetner. I also throw in a little soy for the salty/sweet combination.
3. can tuna + tbsp dijon mustard + diced onion + little lemon juice. Eat plain or with some spinach.
All 3 are DAMN good!
