Best way to get tuna down

I mix it with fat free vanilla yogurt and mustard. It's a mayo substitute that I read about in Muscle Media 2000 a couple of years ago. It's not too bad, especially with some onions and celery mixed in!

I fry it and put lots of peppers, a pinch of salt, and maybe some red peppers. Tastes great. I love it..

If I didnt cook it, I would probably throw up. Tuna out of the can is just nasty.

What I've been doing is either mixing Green Chili in to my tuna ( I personally love it) or mixing 2 cans of tuna with brown rice, salsa and lime...Yummm

Wrapping it in the same seaweed stuff that they make sushi with, really makes it easier to get down.... it disguises the taste and the texture, which is the whole problem with canned tuna.

Just take little bits from the can, lay it on a sheet of seaweed, roll it up and eat....

.... it really does make a difference. Try it.

You know what I do? When I strain it I squish it up really well and then I just take a big bunch, stick it in my mouth and swallow it with a big sip of water. I can get down two cans in about 2.5-3 minutes. Piece of cake.
