Best way to get tuna down

i freaking hate the crap, dont tell me to eat it straight from the can, whats the best way you guys can think for someone to down that nasty puke. I love all other sea food, even fresh tuna too man whys the can stuff so crappy.

i don't like tuna either too much... i combine it w/ ketchep, mustard and sometimes mayonaise. It is a bit gross but i find ways not to make it taste so bad.

mix it with a can of tomatoes and onions and have it with rice
and pasta

i like to pan fry tuna w/ olive oil. but u gotta really drain it dry and refrigerate it over nite....cuz u dont wanna mix water and oil on the stove. Ouch!! ive learned from experience.

use lea and perrins(?) or bbq...tastes very good with that...and only go with albacore for taste
