Hi all,
Been of training bout 6 months. Dodgy arm, new job, etc.
Anyway obviously I Wana get back in shape.
I want a good training routine something to shock the body and pack the muscel back on. Something different.
Then looking to design a mass cycle for summer.

All advice welcome

Just working out doses, should smash it.

Eating as many cals as possible clean foods. Buying a vitamix blenda so I can smash them nutrients down.
Gona blend the shit out of everything.

Iv ran various cycles few orals cycles,
Test, tren a few years ago.
Test, dieselbolan. Iv been on EF for a while just not posted much.

I was well into it from bout 22 but last few years iv slacked been realy busy at work. Last few months iv been back at it properly.
Letting muscel memory do it's job, shedding my holiday fat.
Alls going well so far.

Alls going well so far, here's a list of my food I'll be eating:

Supps:
Whey isolate
Sweet potatoe powder
Powdered oats
Cod liver oil
Multi vit

Food:
Chicken
Beef
Pork

Low fat Greek yougurt

Whole grain bread (occasionally)
Butternut squash
Cabbage

Right the cycle:

1-4. Deca 150
Tren. 200

5-8. Deca 300
Tren 400

9-12. Deca 300 or 450
Tren. 600
Winny 50mg ed

13-16. Clear everything 50mg proviron

17-22 hmg every other day two weeks

Nolva 40 mg first week
20 two weeks
10 two weeks

Aromasin 12.5mg 6 weeks

Natural test booster throughout pct

AI and dos if needed

N2guard throughout.


Basically I'm doing it in stages letting the body adapt to the chems. This is to reduce sides.
I will not be adding test. If I need to I will but my libido is never an issue. And I dnt want more compounds in the mix. Natural test will shut down regardless.

The added oral at the end of the cycle is to delay the onset of myostatin and hopefully giv me a few more weeks of growth.

I'll be stopping the deca 4-6 weeks before pct so it's cleared from the system. As we all no deca is a stubborn drug and recovery can be issue. Which leads me to the proviron which I will be dosing 50mg a day whilst the esters clear and to raise free test.

My pct is gona be a little different.

4-6 weeks

First two weeks, hmg 75iu every other day

Nolva 40mg first week
20mg two weeks
10mg two weeks

Aromasin 12.5 mg every day

Prob extend the aromasin longer than the nolva to prevent rebound.

Maybe a natty test booster if needed

Looks good man, only think i would change is you may as well run your winny until you start pct while yoi wait for the longer esters to clear.
