I would look at specific exercise that she is doing for traps and delts....once I hit a certain point in my training...my side my width thru the shoulder (I measure at a touch over 24 inches using a straight line measurement form the outer delt to outer delt, not across the chest) has made it impossible to sleep on my sides.....I would wake-up with the entirs medial delt AND the arm totally asleep.
Arm Growth is ALWAYS a good thing...I thinkt hat shoulder/nerve issue is the culprit...go to a sports medicine massage therapist and it wil most likely stop
