Anyone certified through ISSA?

I just got my course in the mail to become a personal trainer and was wondering for those who have completed it how long it took. I am studying from home in my spare time. They told me 6 weeks, which seems way too short for something like this, unless i heard them wrong. But if anyone is certified through ISSA, let me know how long it took you.

Well i was getting it in order to get a job at a health club, then once i get into the swing of things, start to get clients to come to my home b/c we have everything you need in our basement. I just wanted to get some experience under my belt at a club before i jump right into it and start training clients at home. I am also taking the course to gain some knowledge...it's always good when you know what you are talking about and why things happen instead of just saying "hey, this is what i do and it works, but i dont' know why"

I'm certified by the ISSA. Only the first course though, I think there are 3 levels.

I think it took me about 3 months. Part of this was because they only give the seminars in my area certain months and the next available seminar was about 3 months after I received my books.
