Here is a body weight workout i made for myself based on my level of fitness, take a look:
MONDAY
Upper Body:
Pushup Pyramid: 25-1 (325)
Bench Dips: 3 sets of 20 (60)
Abs:
Leg Lever: 3 sets of 15
Knee-In: 3 sets of 15
Reg. Crunch: 3 sets of 20
Side Crunch: 3 sets of 15
TUESDAY
Lower Body:
Squats: 5 sets of 20
Lunges: 5 sets of 20
Run: 15 minutes
WEDNESDAY
Upper Body:
Pull-ups: 3 sets of 10
Chin-ups: 3 sets of 10
Bar Dips: 3 sets of 15
Abs:
Reg. Crunch: 50-2 (decreasing by 2 each set)
THURSDAY
Lower Body:
Squats: 40-30 modified pyramid
Lunges: 20-10 modified pyramid
Run: 15 minutes or bike 30 minutes
FRIDAY
Upper Body:
Pushups: 10 sets of 40 reps
Pull-ups: 10-1 Pyramid
Bench Dips: 3 sets of 20 reps
Abs:
Leg Lever: 3 sets of 15
Knee-In: 3 sets of 15

SATURDAY
Sprint: 1/4 mile
Jog: 1/4 mile
