Anavar without weights ??

grindtime

Long story short, I can't lift or do much cardio because of additional injuries so I wanted to know if I had an impeccable diet, I mean near perfect and did cardio maybe 3-4x a week would i be able to still see benefits?? (this is my main question, did not want to start with massive wall of text and turn off potential answers lol, i'll explain my situation below for anyone interested)

alright guys before I get flamed let me preface by saying that I currently am unable to lift. I actually have not been able to consistently life since last April (going on a year, which is terrible as I'm sure you could imagine). I had an SL ligament reconstruction on my right wrist last Apriil, I had a slap repair (torn labrum, left shoulder) this past October, I am actually healed in terms of functionality and completed all my PT, obviously not 100% still weakness and a little stiff but functional and could actually exercise albeit with additional soreness and fatigue.I injured the rist october 2012. pain did not go away, eventual diagnosis and surgery april 2012. The surgery was pretty extensive, 3 screw and casted for 2 plus months (basically no range of motion or strength, and still have a vastly decreased range of motion, but the surgery was to prevent arthritis. I was still functional after the injury, since there was a lot of time passed between injury and diagnosis I was able to lift after the initial pain subsided just had to modify some workouts, I had a freak accident shortly before my surgery and tore my labrum, the pain was not that bad however the shoulder felt weak but with the inactivity from my first surgery it was not something I thought was serious, because I was not partaking in any physical activity for the most part.

after the arduous weeks of PT my doctor cleared me to lift as long as I did not put my wrist into hyperextension around july-august. I go back into the gym, I lost a lot of size. Im in the gym and my right arm is good, but my left arm is so weak (labral tear), i could not really bench and i was frustrated that all this time off and I could not yet build back up. So i dead lifted, and I realized it was not too bad i figured if I could just dead lift a lot, i'd still be able to increase strength and size ( my max was 405 ) and I am not a powerlifter, I was 19 at the time (im currently 20)and ive been dedicated to this since 16. so i did 225 and it was relatively easy. I wanted to tax my body so i do 315 and after the 4 month lay off plus a labral tear I realized it was a mistake, I felt a sharp pain in my groin, and my abdomen. (stupid i know, i was just irrational from being frustrated with muscular atrophy and pretty much losing my hard work more and more everyday). so currently im being evaluated for athletic pubalagia (groin disruption) which is why I can't do cardio, and i am being ultra conservative with my slap repair in october so I don't want to lift till im completely good.

(none of the initial injuries were lifting related, the only one that was, was the sports hernia)) so with that said, I could do cardio but sometimes my abdominals groin acts up, which is why I cannot do it every day, maybe 3x a week, if i was able to run every day plus diet than i think i'd be fine but since I can't idk I woner if anavar would kind of boost my fatuburning along with great diet (btw I took anavar when i was 19 for two months, I didn't use pct and I really had no side effects) idk maybe stupid of not worth it, im just grasping at straws this had been a really long year lol ;/

You would get some out of it and sounds like could start doing some stuff but is a waste.

The bigger issue is you're 20. DO NOT DO ANY AAS!!! Especially like that be patient develop a base & then consider using

var is expensive.. if you want to use it and get no benefits out of it then go ahead but it would be a waste of your money.

understandably high price is a negative, however your second claim "if you want to use it and get no benefits" isn't supported with any premise, I'd like to know the reasoning.

I don't doubt you, I'm just curious as to the logic behind it, I am not well versed when it comes to things like this, hence my reason for being here, so if you could elaborate it would be thankful. I would not want to waste money if it will not give me any benefit, who would?

Pretty much, I can't consistently exercise due to physical restraints, if using something like anavar, (or anything else for that matter if you or anyone else here knows of something maybe not even an aas) could pretty much enhance the little activity I can do than I would have to strongly consider it. If not then, it'd would be more logical to just stand pat and I wait till I'm completely healthy, just would like more facts to make that decisions. Thanks for the response though.

^^^ cause to build muscle you need to workout.

you need to tear up the muscle fibers and have them grow back stronger.. you have to send nutrients and oxygen into the muscle etc. only way to do that is to work the muscles.

in any event you are 20 so you don't need to be on here anyway. i feel your pain with injuries, we all been through them. so get healthy. then condition yourself in the weight room properly and then in a few years come back on here

some people seem to think i am harsh when it comes to certain things but i dont mean to be. i have been through more injuries than most people on here combined. i can handle a lot of things on this board.. i can handle arrogance, i can handle conceit.. even greed.. but self pity is something that really chaps my ass.

understandable, it really sucks though, prior to my first surgery I was getting ready to compete along with my best friend, his gains this year compared to my regression has made it so much harder on me mentally but I mean i have no choice to but to wait, thanks for the words, its hard to find people that can relate, mostly people think im obsessive when it comes to bodybuilding to begin with lol

Hi

When I was your age I was in a similar situation. I was an amateur kick-boxer/Muay Tai and ruptured my left quadracep and lower abdominal hernia during an intense bout.
It finished my MA aspirations pretty early in life, and not being able to go to the gym for months really did me the most. I wasn't allowed to lift anything heavier than a bag of sugar for 6 weeks.
Eventually, I went back to the gym, only to suffer further set backs because of those injuries. I decided to take a full year off and just concentrate on other aspects of health and fitness in the interim. Knowing I'd be back in the gym, fitter and better than ever the following year really made the difference when it did come around.

I was so so glad I waited. My mental attitude, confidence, and strength, all benefited from the rest. And, twelve months off from weights really help me to focus and address other issues in my life and health I hadn't realised could be improved.

Listen mate. Honestly, taking a break from AAS and lifting will benefit you in the long run. Obessiveness is as unhealthy as it can get, and I think you know this.

Try other supplements (natural) first and like the guys said, increase areas of your strength that don't rely on arms carrying heavy loads. There's loads of machines that help with this mechanically.

Steroids in large enough doses have been shown to increase muscle mass in the absence of resistance training, but the gains are minimal compared to what can be achieved with resistance training.
Anavar, however, is a pretty mild drug anabolically compared to ones which will make a difference, and I genuinely believe you would be dissapointed with the results. Still, if your aerobic output and diet are consistent, there's a good chance it will assist in burning fat stores, but what extent I don't know.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
Craig

you are only 20.. wake the fuck up. you think life is over at 25? you have 25 years of lifting ahead of you.
