All Milk and Protein Shake Diet With Some Extras

Hey all!! My eating has been SHIT lately. Not eating near as much as I should. Ive learned I can hold much more milk then I can food however. I have a fucked up digestive system so makes it more difficult. Im looking for solutions now. Heres an idea I came up with. I decided to drink a gallon to a gallon and a half milk each day (2% fat). A gallon provides me with 2400 calories and 128 grams of protein. A gallon and a half is 3600 cals and 192 grams of protein. Id like to add a protein shake or two to that, and whatever I may consume ontop of that. Might not be much extra though. Almost an all liquid diet. I also am going to start taking olive oil for extra cals. My goals are to gain size and strength now.How does this idea sound? ThanX for the feedback!
 
Liquid calories are a good idea to eat more

But if you have screwed your digestive system milk is not a smart choice

A lot of people have issues digesting dairies
at least eat yougurts instead of milk
 
Man, that's insane. Drinking that amount of milk will definatly fuck you up in the long run. How long do you plan on doing this? I having nothing against milk, I love the taste, but ONLY in moderation. Drinking a gallon and a half of sugar-filled pasteurized hormonal concussion isn't a good idea, IMO.
 
Beast - all I can say is YIKES..........Number one, I'd be bloated all day.............Number 2, the shitter and I would become partners and it wouldnt be pretty.........#3, I'm a firm beliver that whole food is better than liquid cals....

One positive note is milk does contain a top quality protein (casein), but I'd strongly suggest a fiber supplement if you can........
 
2% milk? Bro, thats why you have bad cholesterol. Dairy fat is particularly good at destroying cholesterol levels.

If you are looking for easy cals, ANPB sandwhiches are the way to go. Plus the ANPB will improve your cholesterol.
