i'm 19, 230 lbs. I'm down 6 lbs in water weight since i've started (i lost the 6 lbs in about 2 days so it is water weight)
I'm following the diet exactly as it's laid out except i replaced the whey with plain skinless chicken 3 meals a day to cut down on costs. I used the anpb calculator to work out all the numbers and I split the calories evenly over 6 meals spaced 2-3 hours apart. My first refeed I waited 2 weeks. I shortened it to every 10 days after reading that 2 weeks was too long so my next refeed is tomorrow. I'm eating all my vitamins, drinking a gallon of water every day and training HST. I'm adding in some moderate intensity cardio 3 days a week to see if that helps out, but other than that, i dont know what i'm doing wrong. any ideas??
oh yeah, no sugar added in the peanut butter, its smuckers all natural, the only ingredients are peanuts and salt.
that's one of the reasons i chose the diet over a regular ckd.

no problem for me, i could eat peanut butter all day every day foreverYou ate nothing but nasty-ass natural peanut butter for 3 weeks for nothing?
May god have mercy on your soul.
