O OMEGA New member Mar 13, 2002 #1 training.....no lifting..... just jogging twice a day for 30 minutes a pop in the am on an empty stomach...and in the pm after the last meal. only fruits and protien for food, and tons of water? what do you think?

To me, you can't go wrong with oatmeal, multi-grain bread and brown rice. And no, I wouldn't worry about becoming a twig in two weeks. But if you're gonna go balls out for that period, sugar is a no-no, that includes fruit.
