Sorry I dont know all my excercies names, never was good with them.. hope this helps.
Btw, on all the 3x10s I try and increase weight each set by at least 5lbs normally 10 so may only get 7 on last set, but that is okay as long as straining the whole way there.

mm107... starting mid may maybe a little sooner I am going to try powerlifting.. go ahead and shoot me a pm of a good routine.. also, how are all ya'll doing ya'lls deadlifts?? I haven't done them in sometime but I remember I would actually step over the bar and bring it up to my nuts, but I don't think that is how it is supposed to be done. Ya'll do it straight in front right? What kind of grip... really gunna hit it hardER when school is done next week.
