Can you help me modify your program to help me achieve an better "bodybuilder look" while still maintaining my effectiveness in the ring????
Over the years I have found myself going back and forth between lifting like a bodybuilder and training for MMA... I find that I get PAINFUL pumps on my legs and arms while trying to spar MMA, if I have been lifting like a BBer....
Then I will change my BB lifting routine to that of a fighter, and it will help my MMA immensely... BUT, then my "look" suffers as a cause of the change in lifting regimen...
Can you make this work? Can I have my body and use it too?
