Third low day in a row today as we really try for new found condition next week.
3 weeks out on the dot today so time to really dig in when needed, we will most likely get a high next week but tomorrow morning pics and weight to coach to see if we run another low tomorrow or a training day cals.

50g whey



Meal 2
330g chicken breast
80g rice
25g Pinapple
100g veg
30g peanut butter



Meal 3
80g rice cream
70g frozen strawberries
70g frozen blueberries
30g whey (made into whey drizzle)


Meal 4
300g chicken breast
400g pumkin
50g kimchi
50g cucumber
30g peanut butter
(I make my peanut butter into a satay sauce with sweetener)
This was a new style to a meal on a rest I do was amazing volume and elite taste

Meal 5 ninja kremi
200g chocolate coconut water
40g whey
50g strawberries
big big rest day , 3 weeks out going to be closer to really getting cardio up next 2 weeks bro
