Not bad.. these events are always mid weight points for weight. Usually 6-12 reps after lead up weights/carries/runs timed under a minute
I had a false start and had to pull 325 twice and got stutter started on a few pulls doing dead lift. My fault really due to being new to the sport and not watching refs. Still pulled 325x2 375 then 405x6 in under 60 seconds. I would've had alot more in me but confusion bled me hard not being able to get a good rhythm. Following weekend I still pulled 365x11 in a minute but I was gassed with back to back events.
I'm doing 600 a week Primo, 75mg eod npp, with 30 anavar/20 tbol. This combo is feeling awesome for continued strength and mass gains and solidifying the fascia while keeping joints lubricated for easy recover. I'll do this till comp next month then taper the npp and turf the tbol. Finish the polishing on Primo and anavar into September.
