overall feeling good, appetite has had abit of a decrease due to the daily activity which is low, i use to average 20k steps now im lucky to get in 1k........... work has dried up at the moment currently no work....all good things should return to normal soon 😄

i will start doing 15mins cardio after each session..

primo going well enjoying it, 4.5 weeks in so far seems good! hgh is great stuff pushed the dose to 6iu right now and slin set @ total 20iu
