Approved Log Yankees 2025 First Cycle Log

So currently moving house so didn't get a solid meal prep as expected to will update for those asking about supplements and also some more of the training program.

Supplements Wise the big picture:

Pre Workout: Warrior just love the stuff and value of it, just single scoop in mornings gets me going.

CoQ10 - Good for heart and also recommended on the Red Yeast Rice Bottle next to it to help with cholesterol. I probably consume more red meat than I should so will tone that down but still use support. Keep and eye on cholesterol peeps.

Milk Thistle have always been told good for liver support and markers always been good so I won't argue if it seems to be helping.

Fish Oil just a staple in my opinion, been taking long before using PEDS.

Spirulina - never heard of this until I moved to Australia but studies show that it may improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels, suppress oxidation, reduce blood pressure, and lower fasting blood sugar levels.

Metamucil - its Fibre what can I say helps you poop also good at night for those bedtime hunger pains :)

NAC - Just came recommended when on cycle and benefits list extensive https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/nac-benefits#TOC_TITLE_HDR_3

Taurine - Just helps with cramping in general if running Clen for brief cycles.

Also no pictured is Creatine 5mg a day and my protein has always been Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Coffee Flavored the best.

Also the last photo you will see Animal Pak Sachets, have taken these probably since I was in high school just a easy to grab basically everything in a sachet, realistically probably has everything in it but usually have one every other day.

Just about everything here has multiple benefits so do your research and adjust your support stacks based off blood work, and again they are support stacks, if you blood pressure is crazy then be smart, adjust your peds dosage and also talk to your GP about Telmisartan or actual medications they can prescribe.

Oh and lastly that super awesome organized is this from Kmart lol
