Will be slowing down on the LOG as I reach this last stretch of the cut. Nothing will change as far as what I've been Posting. Same Food, Similar Training and Cardio. I Greatly appreciate the Community Support and guidance throughout this whole Cycle. Looking forward to Posting a New Bulking LOG in a couple of months after I'm fully recovered from this cycle.
Anyway, Here is my recent shoulder workout. I Added Triceps into it because I had the time and they werent sore at all from the previous workout.
Shoulders/Triceps
Dumbell Lateral Raise
2 @ 30lb for 20
2 @ 20lb for 30
Cable Lateral Raise
~ Drop Set
1 @ 40lb for 20 then,
1 @ 30lb for 10 then finish with,
1 @ 20lb for 15
~Different Angle (Under Leg)
