Exactly what I was thinking about the box thing IRBD.. I have to get so low to rack the bar in my arms that my ass is almost touching the ground going sumo.. My best so far is 400 and DAMN!!! My hips have never been as sore as they were afterword, not to mention my abs and lower back...

First time ever doing them so I only did 135. Probably 3-4 sets of 10-12...didn't really keep track. I got a video of me doing them tonight...will try to post it tomorrow. It hurts worse the second time.
 
Ok Hannibal. The fact that you can do these conventional is even more impressive to me now... I tried one after my DE squats and SLDLs tonight... And I couldn't even get under the bar enough to do more than roll it LOL. I would HAVE to elevate the bar in rack several inches to even attempt them like this... Which I may in fact try... Thanks for another exercise idea Hannibal
 
I did mine with a closer stance...and without the headband.
