Diet coke -- I get addicted in cycles -- sometimes I can't stand it, other times I can't put it down. Right now I'm at about 2/day, but getting better at replacing w/ water. The cycles actually follow where I"m at in my clean diet cycle -- I can go 6 weeks eating perfectly clean and having no cravings whatsoever. Then I start getting bored w/ all the same food. Even a filet mignon doesn't sound exciting. So to avoid the dive for the junk food, I get some diff flavor in my mouth w/ some diet coke. That's where I'm at right now. I'm also in a holding pattern for another day before I get my new diet & training schedule from my new trainer to prep for a competition. I'm very impatient and completely unfocused right now, so the temptation is incredible. I'm sorta thinking like I may as well get a little wild now because once the diet starts, no room for sloppy eating.
My other thing to quit is getting the urge to eat junk because I"m bored. This is a bad habit left over from college.
