sex definitely counts as cardio...uh, at least for me!
okay, so getting back to honestly evaluating myself...
Diet.........(6) M-F....(3) sucks on the weekends (I like my sushi!)
Cardio.....(8) I typically do kickboxing 3 x's a week, recently added 5 AM spin class on Wednesday, and pepper in HIIT on the stair climber (aka "The Monster"). If anything, the kickboxing may not be as effective as it used to be, but I'm always drenched afterwards!
Training...(7) I'd be better if I had more direction in the gym. What I do, I do with intensity but seem to lack a bit of purpose. I've been tracking my lifting since before last Christmas...so I feel really good about that. It helps me to be accountable...it's in ink and sometimes Nate will track it for me if he's feeling particularly "helpful" that day! Gotta make him proud ya know! Hey baby, am I close on my "rating?"
By far, my diet needs the most work. If I slip up...it shows...immediately! Then I mentally feel like I have to start ALL OVER AGAIN! I know I've got a lot more muscle than I did last summer, but that damn scale seems to have me down! I know, I know...I can hear you all sigh and see you shake your heads at me...bad girl, bad girl!
Okay Corn...I'm game. I'll have Nate take my measurements and pictures of me in my new bikini...you'll have to excuse my not-so-tan bod! I'm the whitest Hawaiian you'll ever see...but I tan real nice! Should help with the "after" pictures! I'll get them up as soon as I can get them taken!
