I think I've had more ups & downs in my weight & my life since I did my first show than ever before in my life. Normally I'd say diet suffers the most, kinda hate cardio, but training has always been a religious experience for me. This all got pretty f'd up over the last few years, but I think I'm back on track this month. This is a big deal for me because when I lose sight of training (i.e. hate it), then I've lost the only thing that is guaranteed to keep me grounded when the rest of my life is going whacko.
diet: 8 -- still deciding how i want to approach my carbing, & working on more consistent water intake w/ my sort of nutty work schedule
cardio - 6 - getting there - back has been sore these last few weeks
training - 9 - also getting back into it. I managed to keep my muscle mass in pretty good shape despite a rather extended hiatus, but my upper body strength has taken a hit with some aggravated tendonitis I've been dealing w/ over the last year.
Give me 2 months & let's see what's hidden underneath all that "fluff"...
