OK, so I went to a 1yr olds BD party and drank 4 bud lights with my buddies. I then had a hamburger and a couple tater chips. Will applying YES before bed help this?
I am a very clean eater 99% of the time. This was just a little slip up. I was simply wondering if YES would aid in burning off those mistake calories or not. thanks
I must have read the FAQ's wrong on the YES site then. It says something to the affect of YES not helping to lose BF without exercise, but it will help after a binge. Honestly, after reading some other ppls binges, I don't consider a hamburger and 3 chips to be a binge lol. It's more of a slip up lol.
