Where would you start in calories? on this cycle with these goals

I'm preparing my diet starting january 1

I'm on a bulker right now Eq 400mg EW and 250mg test every third day. Been on this since october 15. BW today is 213, and think I will be at 215 or so for january 1. I do Not think I will gain much more until then, I'm more into improving some musclegroups, but whoi knows I might end up at 220 after christmas ;)

The cycle I'm preparing starts january 1, I will still go on with the test 250mg Every third day.

January + feb = Tren 100mg EOD + Test 250mg every third day
March + april = masterone 100mg EOD + Prop 100mg EOD

January = MaHuang 200mg + 200mg Caffein + Yohimbine 6mg x 3 times per day
February: T-rex + L-rex ED after the advice on dose on bottle :)
March: Clenbuterol 2 weeks, 50mcg 5 days, 75mg 5 days, 100mcg 4days, Then Mahuang 200mg + 200mg Caffein + Yohimbine 6mg 3 times per day.

January - April = Yohimburn 5 ON 2 Off

Cardio 6 times per week, starting at 1 hour each day, and bumping after results.

Gym 5 times per week, short 40 minutes sessions

Diet: 40/40/20

I thought I would start at 3500cals per day, 1500cals from protein, 1000cals from carbs and 1000cals from fat. No carbs after 7 (bedtime 11). Carbs for breakfast and during the day, but always small portions(8-9 meals per day)

So where would youstart in cals?
 
You didn't actually state your goals, but I'm assuming you want to cut. What's your current b/f? And are you holding any water? I would start at 3,000 calories a day and take it from there.
 
sorry, bf right now 11%, shooting for 3.5-4%(competition). Goals are to add soime more size on the parts that I will prioritate by doing that bodypart the day vbefore my cheetday. I will have one "eat what you like" as I did this before up until 2 weeks before last competition and that worked very well. One day is needed for metabolism as for the mind. My metabolism seems to slow down if I do not do this 1 time per week, and as this work great I will do it this time. Last time I added 0.5" on my arms while reducing fat on themdid arms on friday and on saturday I ate between 7000-9000cals).

So goals are to cut yes. I will eat as I wrote down, 40/20/20, that seems to work best for my body(tried a few by now..). So start with 3000 or 3500..?
 
I'd start of at 3500, lowering too fast is going to put your metabolism in a non fat burning state.
Slowly taper the carbs off
