when bulking i usually stick this:
fat: never more than 75g... i like to get 80% of fat from mono and polunsaturated
carbs: i usally hit my bodyweight in carbs or maybe 1.25 times bodyweight, but never more than 1.5x
protein: i got 1.5 times bodyweight
under this plan..i wouldnt even hit my maintenance.

that may work for a sedentary individual....doing HIT.
