When should I have my carbs on bulking diet. Just got off CKD and have been gradually increasing carbs. 3portions of oatmeal a day once in the morning with breakfast one preworkout and one after the workout (and after whey/dextrose drink) at night.
Is this OK any suggestions other than that? My last carb meal is like 9 PM is that too late? thanks
