What's up training board!

Just thought I'd introduce myself. Spatts, Project and Bfold have been asking me to come over here from the powerlifting board, and it looks like a good board, so hopefully I'll be doing quite a bit of posting here.

I mod at Meso-Rx as well as a few other boards, and I'm mostly over there modding because of my training knowledge. I'll try to post some of my past articles to back me up on this.

Well, B-Fold makes me look like a little girl, but right now, I'm 6' tall and about 260 at 24 years old.
