I have a bikini contest tomorrow. I workout daily but I want to make sure I do not bloat up on the competition day. I was told to take 1 Lasix pill 4-5 hours before the competition and try not to drink anything at all. If I get thirsty only have a sip of water. After the competition I can drink about a gallon of water to replinish my body. What should I avoid eating on competition day? I know fruits are bad, and stay away from salt.
