Well i have this question for my girlfriend i told her to get an account here but she thinks i am joking, so hopefully someone can give me some information to turn her on to the boards..anyway she is in the process of trying to lose between 5 and 10 pounds, i have put her on a workout plan and she's watching her calorie and carb intakes. Right now she read that many diets say no carbs after say 7 o clock at night, but with her schedule sometimes the only time she gets to eat besides lunch comes after 7 so she was wondering what types of foods would be good for her to eat during the evening hours, keeping in mind the amount of carbs especially.. any help would be greatly apreciated..

thanks from the both of us.

Right there is your first problem. Find time to eat more often. Even if you have to go to the bathroom and shove an entire chicken breast in your mouth, but eat, eat , eat!

I'm with Pink Space Biscuit on this one, my diet and exercise plan didn't really start working until I got to eating eating eating. It started to seem like my life was revolving around eating, preparing to eat or prepping food to eat. Then I read a thread where spatts was talking about cooking a lot of the good on the weekends and I have found this works great for busy life styles. I cook on Sunday's and while I am waiting for things like my steak or chicken etc etc to cook, steam whatever I start portioning other things into containers to grab, slam into a cooler and go on the weekdays. Also, if the meals for night are almost all ready to go it gets it done faster and I can move onto bigger and better things and a small more fit me! :D

Take spatts advice and get her on the board, its help me mucho much so far and the peeps here have some great advice to share!
