Weight training a bruises?

I know that some may have a sensitivity to it and I would wait for those with more knowledge than I to chime in. But back in the day when I was competing and my diet was VERY LIMITED I would take up to 10,000IU p/day - 5,000IU in the AM and another 5,000IU in the PM. It is water soluable so it is not stored in your cells as the fat soluables are.
