Ok maybey this will sound crazy but this happens to me every time I work legs intense. I worked legs on Sunday, upped the weights alittle and had a great intense workout, then woke up monday morning to find bruises on my quads. There is nothing I can think of to explain these bruises.
None of the exercises that I did had anything resting or bumping on my quads. And the bruises are in the exact same place on each leg. I don't recall bumping into anything either.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is it possible that it is even a result on someting I am doing in the weight room. ?
And if not does anyone have a clue as to what could cause this other than the fact that I must be sleepwalking looking for peanutbutter late at night lol?
Any help will do.
