What are all your weight routines like?
Mine was :
Mon - chest / abs
Tues - back
Wed - legs / abs
Thur - Bi's & Tri's / shoulders
Fri - touch up on calves & ham's

I don't really think I got the best results from this. My BF put me on this, and I think it could have been spilt up better. Any ideas?? I would like to do bi's / tri's / shoulders all on different days.
Oh, and I would like to focus on heavy lifting. I was doing 45-60 min of cardio, I know I can cut that down & get better results.
Thanks!

I think most likely they will ask you, weight ,height, what you eat.

What is your current body fat and what type of results you are looking for.

you say weight routine but u have really only provided body parts, not exercises, reps or weight being lifted :)

Thanks CC - I should have known....

I'm 5'8, between 125-130lbs, last time I had BF checked (2 months ago) I was 19.8 (done by the trainer at the gym)
I would like to gain more muscle, to look look like I actually train. I guess in my post I ment to ask how you ladies split up your body parts during the week...... like I train bi's / tri's / shoulders in one day. I think this is too much & I'm not getting the results I want because by the time it's time for shoulders my arms are tired!! My BF pur me on this program, and I would like to change it....... just looking for input on what may work the best.
I hope I explained this ok? Thanks!

To be honest, I pick my weight routines out of magazines -- M&F mostly..... I get bored after a month & M&F normally has a new split every month & sometimes a series -- like the Rock Hard Challenge. I'm currently now doing "Jurassic Mass" which started in the Dec '04 issue & I think it may be a 2-part series.....

I add whatever cardio on top of the routine....

i personally do my tris, bics and shoulders on the same day but i see really good results..

Thanks ladies - Jenscats5 - Fitness RX is a great female mag. Only come out every 2 months though.

CC - you are much stronger than me, I have been on these forums for awhile & have seen your bi pic when you where PLP! Lookin good!

Weight training 4x week seems ideal if you ask me.

Something like:

1)Chest, Biceps
2)Quads, Hams, Calves
3)Rest
4)Shoulders, Traps, Calves
5)Back, Triceps
6)Rest
7)Rest

With cardio added to whatever you hearts delight is.
