Upper Back Tear

Nearly 2 months ago, I must have really overtrained my back. I felt no pain whilst working out. But my back starting getting sore for like 6 days straight after my workout. I did 2 back workouts after and the soreness didnt leave. I believe that working out an overtrained back heavy caused some strains and tears. My entire back was sore and bruised. I took 2 full weeks off. As advised by chiro. And my back felt healed. I went to try back again last week and I still feel pain but only in one area now, so I had to cut the workout short. Im assuming that I pulled/tore the muscle pretty bad in that spot. Im skipping my back workout this week but training everything else.

Any advice. I havent had a real back workout in over a f*Cking month. I was ready to cut too. The pain seems to increase and decrease, when I breathe in a can feel it.
