yeah 5 9" at 217 is jacked if the bf is low, i'm just under 5 8" and only pushing 150lbs, but my BF is well under 5% and i'm not jacked yet, but definitely looking better than lots i've seen on here.
meathead still looks better than many on here, even the bigger guys.
being big don't mean shit to me (or the females) if you dont have any definition. big and round muscles are not impressive. big,cut defined muscles are what it's about , unless you're a powerlifter, which is not the look i think most of us are going for.
