I have a very hard time believing those stats bro. 5'9 at over 215 with single digit bodyfat is fucking jacked! I'm a little suspect. I am 6'1 and 225 with about 6% bf, that's only 10 pounds heavier with 4 MORE INCHES of height. You would dwarf me with those stats.

It's impossible to be totally accurate, but you can get a pretty good idea basing it off yourself and other people's physiques. You said you're 6'1. If you were 5'9 you'd be about 40 lbs lighter...
