try it with thai red curry paste for the chili paste and green onions for the regular onions :Chef:

OK..
1 can tuna
1 cup brillia plus pasta (cooked)
1 teaspoon classico pesto
drip low fat itailian dressing over top
add parmesan cheese, if desirered
very very good

I mix with diced onion, garlic, dill pickle and hot ring peppers or jalapinos with hellmans low fat mayo on whole weat. Sometimes I just mix with mayo and make samiches and use horseraddish seafood sauce for dip.

mayo, wasabi paste, and whatever veggies you like: celery, peppers, green onions, etc.

the wasabi paste completely takes away all fishy taste

Tuna burgers:

1 6oz can tuna (drained)
1/2 c rolled oats
2 egg whites
1 tsp oregano (optional)
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)

In a medium size bowl, mix tuna and egg whites. Add oats and spices and mix well. Form into patties and cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Turn over and cook for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned.

Good stuff

I just did this last night and I gotta say.......ONE OF THE BEST TUNA RECIPES EVER!!!
Although I do have to say I did not use the oregano or chili powder, thought i'd try it basic first and it was great! A little bland with out the seasoning but great none the less. I did put some hot sauce on the after the first few bites and my flippin' head almost caved in they were so good. Very filling too! "K" to you my good man.

MOJO

Shit i just throw it on a frying pan and put it in my salad with a little low fat ranch. I hate tuna to but its just to damn good for you.
