Tuna hold the mayo

I typically eat tuna sandwiches mixing the tuna with low-fat mayo and sweet relish...

I would like to stay away from the carbs (bread) and fat (mayo)....

I've tried it straight outa the can and can tolerate it, but was wondering how everyone else eats their tuna (no pun intended).

What about using fat free or lite mayo? This is how I always eat mine...one can of tuna with one tablespoon of FF or lite mayo...I can't eat tuna straight up...

i eat tuna all ways, out of can, with mayo and my favorite.. tuna, mayo, mustard, salad delights hot sauce, salsa and black pepper. On bread or out of mixing container....All good

Tuna mixed with mashed avocado is great!! You get the creaminess of mayo and the good fats avocado has....For even extra flavor add a spoonful of mayo or ff sour cream....

Interesting, I like that idea.

It's pretty good with cottage cheese, salsa, or just plain old hot sauce. Sometimes, I'll mix a can with an egg and cook it like a patty on my George Foreman grill.

tuna, mustard, relish on toasted 100% whole wheat bread. I truely like the taste. You have to remember that when eating good, look past the taste and look forward to the results. Learning to tolerate is the first step to a strict diet.

that was my EXACT problem............way to strict. If you arent competeing and not getting paid, then who give a flying fuck.......you need to live life and food/taste is essential.........btw - what kind of ww bread do you use?
