I have seen on a few posts about grapefruit juice producing more stomach acids, in the aid of moving from whatever is in the "gut" to the "system" faster, I don`t personally like grapefruit juice, and have been told pineapple juice does the same kinda thing... Im guessing that any "acidy" fruit juice will do the same thing.. but can someone confirm this...?
Lastly the main topic of the post, is there anyway of increasing the transporters in your body... ? ideally (probably like most on here) I would millions of these things zooming around in my system, like they are in a Noz supped up rocket
Im not really up to date on these "transporters" and would really like to know if there is a way of stimulating more of these things, my theory is more of these things that are zooming around in my system the more "goodies" will reach the target faster... I may be wrong, but it cant hurt to try increase them can it...?
Thanks for any input..![wavey :wavey: :wavey:](https://www.elitefitness.com/forum/images/smilies/wavey.gif)
