I've upped my protein to about 60-70 a meal, about 450-500 a day since I've started my cycle. Problem is my kidneys have started hurting this past week. I weigh about 230-235 presently at about 12%bf. How much protein do I really need? I don't want to cut my gains short, but more importantly, I don't want to have kidney failure. I already take Cranberry extract and drink about 1 1/2 - 2 gallons of water a day. Scary thing is, two days ago after my workout, I suddenly stopped sweating, then I got real cold and dizzy. Running a little fever even. Assumed I was just dehydrated and drank a bunch of water and Gatorade. Finally, after a few hours I felt better. Still wake up with pain in my lower back though. Anyone have a clue?
