I'm fine now. Don't know what the hell was going on. Nearly doubled my water intake to about 3 gal. a day. Probably wasn't drinking enough water.
For someone that weighs 240, that doesn't sound like much. And I was 258 last year when I ended my last cycle. So I'll hit that again pretty easy, seeing as how this is only the beginning of my second week. That means I'll need even more protein.if you are bulking then 300g will suffice
