Time for me to drop some pounds...

awesome posts. keep it up and you will get to where you want to be. I'm going through the same thing. getting into the gym for me is not a problem its the eating. sick part is when i am in the gym i don't have a problem with eating. switching to the 64 calorie beer helps me for my one night out a week too. If I could only cut that out I might be golden. Please keep posting. it helps motivate all of us out there.
 
I am all or nothing. My one night out I drink a lot. Grey Goose and tonic. Tonic is all suger.
Diet is still good.
Gym didn't happen til yesterday.
239 at the gym.
I have to get in there five days a week. I think stress is killing me. All I do is sleep.
Got to love when money is tight.
 
I need to make myself hit legs tonight. I has the most stressful day ever and all I want to do is eat and watch the Red Sox. I need to break the cycle.
 
I suck. I have not been to the gym in weeks and I have been cheating.
Work has had me traveling and working 11+ hour days. Half hour commute each way too. Add in stress from money being tight and I am a mess.
Hoping to make it to the gym tonight and get the ball rolling again.
My waist is small... now I just need to fill out. The process of filling out will lean me out too!
 
Ok, I am making some progress here. I made it to the gym two days in a row. I checked in at 236 today.
Since I have not been making it every day I am grouping body parts. I hit back/bi's Saturday and legs on Sunday.
Tonight I have cooked all my meals to get me through Tuesday night.
My goal is to get up tomorrow at 6am and hit chest/shoulders/tri's. If I miss it in the morning I am screwed since I have a business dinner that will keep me out til between 8 and 10pm.
I didn't drink at all this weekend either. Did every bullshit errand too so I have nothing to distract me.
Lets see where this takes me!
 
Took clients out to dinner last night. The wine was flowing. Had steak.
Then we went to watch MNF and the vodka tonic's were flowing.
I need to force myself to go to the gym tonight. Getting up at 6am is even harder now that it is pitch black out at that time.
 
hit the gym last night. Chest, shoulders and tri's. I went about 5 hours without eating before i went there. Talk about week!
I checked in at 241. Funny how adding 70 grams of carbs a day into my diet put 5lbs on me in two days. I hold water like crazy from carbs.
Going to hit back and bi's tonight.
 
I actually got out of work early yesterday. What happened? I fell asleep while getting ready for the gym. So tonight will be back and bi's.
I am itching for some drinks due to stress. Hopefully, working out will take care of that.
 
Had a shitty weekend. Broke up with the GF. Too many games. I don't play them. She was great otherwise though.
Hitting the gym tonight. I need the stress relief.
 
Hit chest, shoulder, traps and tri's last night. Checked in at 240.
Think I am going to try to go back to the gym closer to my office. It will save me travel time etc.
The goal is to hit back and bi's tonight.
The diet has been good. Just not enough meals.
