awesome posts. keep it up and you will get to where you want to be. I'm going through the same thing. getting into the gym for me is not a problem its the eating. sick part is when i am in the gym i don't have a problem with eating. switching to the 64 calorie beer helps me for my one night out a week too. If I could only cut that out I might be golden. Please keep posting. it helps motivate all of us out there.
