Think you know your sh*t? Then please help, because I obviously don't know what I am doing and need your constructive criticism!!!

Bump 4 another question:

As far as protein intake, should i take just one scoop 3 times a day (roughly around 20-22 grams of protein) or should i take 2 scoops three times a day?
 
Dude, you need to eat more...ad more variety to your workout...Nelson's books ROCK...check it out in the elite store (not a sales pitch...I really like them) But I've also had a HUGE bodymorph from Kettlebell training, and ALL of my cardio is INTERVAL based training, with MAYBE one day a week of LSD (LONG SLOW DISTANCE You dickhead LE bastards)....even a good one hour fast paced walk is good. Also look into Nelsons book BottomLine...very good, or Precision Nutrition (J. Berardi)...hey man...if you've been at this A YEAR...you should know ALL of this stuff already?

Your workout sucks for bodybuilding....but you've heard that already. Just some options there...check them out
 
Obviously I don't know all this after a year (am I one of the first few people to actually admit on here that i don't know everything?), thats why my bf% went up and am begging for help from you all who know what they are doing, i've had a "come to jesus" party and am trying to re-learn everything.
