Dude, you need to eat more...ad more variety to your workout...Nelson's books ROCK...check it out in the elite store (not a sales pitch...I really like them) But I've also had a HUGE bodymorph from Kettlebell training, and ALL of my cardio is INTERVAL based training, with MAYBE one day a week of LSD (LONG SLOW DISTANCE You dickhead LE bastards)....even a good one hour fast paced walk is good. Also look into Nelsons book BottomLine...very good, or Precision Nutrition (J. Berardi)...hey man...if you've been at this A YEAR...you should know ALL of this stuff already?
