Think you know your sh*t? Then please help, because I obviously don't know what I am doing and need your constructive criticism!!!

Re: Think you know your sh*t? Then please help, because I obviously don't know what I

I guess this misinformation will never die??? I guess this is somewhat accurate for someone who is lean. In those cases lean body mass LBM and bodyweight are much closer.

But when giving advice to someone who is 22% bodyfat , this is simply misinformation.

i would eat more food. like six meals and less carbs. eat 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Do you drink much booze? because you might not count that in your daily calories but its really high in cals and adds up after a couple, just a thought if your bf is still rising and your eating clean

No, I do NOT drink much alcohol, maybe once or twice a month, nothing significantly to impact I would think. Also, there has been powerlifting talk. I want to clarify.....I am MUCH MORE INTERESTED in looking like a bodybuilder and lifting like a bodybuilder, not a powerlifter, so does anyone have suggesting for bodylifting programs? Honestly, I truly appreciate the responses thus far, please keep them coming.

Sometimes when you diet your body goes into minishock and starts holding onto fat thinking it needs to save what it has.

Cut down on cheat meals, drink plenty of water and take a pharmaceutical grade fish oil @ 15-20 grams a day. Fish oils are uniquely full of EPA and DHA, 'good fats' that will both satisy your needs and actually help metabolize the BF you already have.

This strategy is used by both bodybuilders and powerlifters in case you change your mind.

Cardio is good but can be catabolic. You need to build LBM to help burn fat. You need to do high intenstiy trainging to get your heart rate up. sure you can run and do aerobics but does that build muscle. Sure it gets your HR up but your not building muscle doing it. So why do something that is not anabolic for long periods of time

I am sure Ill get some opinions on this. I dont like cardio as a good fat burner. I like high intensity programs liie supersetting, going down the rack, high rep squats. tyry doing this and see if your heart rate does not jump up and see how winded you are. This in my opinion is the best way to build muslce and burn fat. it is tough but if ya want it you will do it.

Your workout is a power lifter workout. I work 1-2 boby parts/day once a week. I am in there for an hour and when I step out 99% of the time I am pumped like a mother fucker and the part I worked out is exhausted.

The bottom line in weight loss is this. Burn more calories than you take in. Drop your cals down to 2000-2300/day and see if you lose weight. Drop all sodas and i bet youll feel better and look better in 2-3 months.

Day 1. Quads, Hams, Calves, 45 min of cardio
Day 2. Chest, Abs, 45 min of cardio
Day 3. Back, 45 min of cardio
Day 4. Shoulders, Traps, Abs, 45 min of cardio
Day 5. Arms, 45 min of cardio

Diet:
Meal 1. 1 1/2 cup of oats, 12 egg whites
Meal 2. Protein drink mixed with water(no carbs) 2 tblsp of anpb
Meal 3. 10 oz of lean turkey burger, whole wheat role, lettuce & tomatoe
Meal 4. Protein drink mixed with water(no carbs)
Meal 5. 8-10 oz of lean turkey burger or chicken breast, 9-10 oz sweet potatoe or red skinned potatoe
Meal 6. Protein drink mixed with water(no carbs) 2 tblsp of anpb or 3oz of almonds

After 3 months of this workout and diet plan you'll be a lean mean fucking machine. Forget about waiting for your first cycle bro. 500mg of testosterone enanthate, 50mg of Proviron/ed and Aromisan or AIFM for an aromatase inhibitor and you'll look great. You'll look great without the gear but it will give you extra energy, strength, libido and focus- especially when you're dieting.

i just looked and your workout thing looked like shit

you need to get a real workout program

also what gear were you considering taking?
yes I was going to say the same..the biggest problem I see is your work out bro..not doing enough is the main problem....and just forget ever eating a protein bar...if you cant get real food in a shake is fine but forget the bars..

also I would like to know what protein shake you are using.

A far as protein drink, I have been using the EAS Whey protein (b/c it was dirt cheap at same, i believe 25 dollars for a 6 lb. bag, otherwise its ON whey) w/ 23 grams of protein per scoop, with using 2 scoops per shake that i make (thats 46 grams of protein for the math challenged). I have just started to use muscle milk's premade shake one during the day at work.

I would really appreciate a breakdown of exercises per bodypart that are most beneficial, for example what exercises should I do to be inline with MR. pump's routine stated above. (besides the compound ones, squat, deadlift, bench) and the ones I should be doing, with reps and all.
