Standing side laterals dumbells
(constant tension style)

20sx13 + 3 drop sets

Cable lateral raises 3x10-12 30lbs

Hammer strength presses
100 x3 sets 15 no rest alternating

flat bench barbell presses 1x15 @ 135 / 1x10 @ 185 /1x8 @ 205/1x6@ 225/1x5 @ 245

incline dumbell presses"(30 degerees) 1x10 @ 90lb db's /2x8 @ 100lb db's

incline db flys 30 degrees 1x10 @ 40lb db's / 2x8 @ 50lb db's

cable crossovers straight drop sets

1 set started at 50 per side going down without stopping except to drop the weight one plate
