I am looking to cut the best I can the next 7+ weeks, just completed 16 week DECA and Test cycle.

I am currently 6'2ish and 214ish, during the 16 week deca cycle I did a recomp type diet where I lost weight then gained some back with muscle. I took 200 Deca and 300 Test C), I maintained the dose for 16 weeks to stay conservative as I had never run a long ester nandrolone and was unsure as to water weight/ bloating.

Proposed cycle for this cut:
Weekly breakdown of compounds.
260mg Test c (trt dose)
200mg EQ
30Mg Win daily
100mg NPP ( joint care)
7 caps of N2Guard daily

I have Aromasin, Adex on hand if needed as well as test, npp.

Here are examples of my current workouts from the Deca cycle:

I am not sure I will be able to drive as much weight without the DECA in another week or so but I am prepared to keep trying.

I would not use NPP for any type of joint care considering it does nothing for real healing and will only cover up a problem. Once you discontinue it, you could perhaps be worse off from it just hiding an injury. I would not include that here and for cutting down, I would look at primobolan over equipoise
 
I can drop the npp no problem, was spoiled with the way deca made me feel, I have no joint issues to speak of. I do have var on hand, plenty of test, Eq already ordered guess I could bulk with that down the road. Primo is truly primo price, any sources or labs you suggest? Are you thinking I do my trt dose of test at 260mg, and how much primo per week with var per day? Can primo be pinned twice per week with my test? Thank you for the clarification and help!
 
I would look at a cycle of test, primo and anavar.. DROP the npp
I watched the video on Anabolix, awesome video.
So maybe 300 test c and 500 primo?

@man05 Mark, happy to see you share this, and I do follow your log closely

now, on your cutter you propose this

260mg Test c (trt dose)

200mg EQ

30Mg Win daily

100mg NPP ( joint care)

7 caps of N2Guard daily
I think thats a clean cycle, but you can bump the winstrol to 50mgs ed just split dose AM 25mgs PM 25mgs or 30/20 thats the same

higher winstrol might dry you out a bit, but it will help you shred up

with 260mgs testosterone you should at least have 5mgs aromasin/week

My test level when I started trt were 279, doctor brought me up to a level he felt would work well for me. My first round of trt with a different provider was the generic 200mg per week protocol.
 
How long off and or of a PCT have you had?
My last dose of deca was Tuesday after 16 week cycle. I am on trt, I ran the cycle slightly elevated at 300mg from the 260mg trt dose.

I was going to track weights, macros like my last Cycle, is that what you are wanting to see from last Wednesday through yesterday? Only dropped back to trt dosage for less than one week.
 
Here are all my meals from last Wednesday on, I have been decreasing fat and keeping protein just shy of 400. During recomp diet on my Deca cycle the goals were 400+ protein, 125-130 fats, 115-120 carbs.

My wife will get ticked if I order more :)
Primo is amazing, I don't care what anyone says about being weak blah blah that shit is false, I ran 400mg primo on my first cycle and I got strong as fuck on it and saw fantastic results. Definitely worth a try, I used para pharma primo from ugfreak.to when I did my log here on EF

Primo won't bother your joints
it's a really good steroid

and Greg is a good man
 
how about using anavar instead?
it isn't harsh like Winstrol is and it won't mess around with your hair or your joints

This was my cutting log, the start to it, primo arrives Thursday. So it’s basically me on trt dose right now. I got confused, don’t need to log just this week as trt then mention that I’m starting the cutting cycle?

For my sets of 25/50 would that be a set of 25 or 50 for each movement? For example flat bench 2x8 heavier weight then followed by 1x25 or 50 and continue that type of format throughout the workout to ensure each movement has at least one high rep set? I definitely can see weights dropping doing this, sounds like a challenge.

Okay If I create an interim TRT log prior to starting this Cutting log? I can create a new thread for that. Was planning on starting the cutting cycle tomorrow once Primo arrives.

I basically have Monday - Wednesday as my TRT log, tomorrow I am starting the cutting cycle.
Please let me know as I wasn't to adhere to guidelines.

On the Primo I figure I will get 4 weeks per bottle, 8 weeks takes me up to vacation beginning, I'm thinking I need 1-2 more bottles to finish this cycle before I go on a long cruise of trt and getting blood work again.

Thoughts on that?

you likely wont see much at 25 mg per day... most women dose 10-20 mg per day ...
I’m set to take 25 am/ 25pm.
Waiting on usps for my primo…

@man05 you starting today ok lets do it, post the new cutter log

i think on cutter get reps into higher 20-50 range too

start with the bottles you have and add as you go but start NOW the cutter log

As to sets and reps, it seems that I will need to drop some weight to hit 25 reps . All sets should be 3 sets by 25 reps, is that correct? Are we thinking a .07-.15 percent weight reduction? I know for a fact I cannot do 25 reps at 255 hahaha, but goals are nice.

On a side note am I looking at a few weeks before Primo wakes up? Is it an effect similar to week 6 of Deca where I could just feel it?
