Did a workout last night, just to get back into it and i am really sore today. Also kinda fucked my knee up doing hang cleans for some reason

Bench: 135x5, 225x16 (F), 185x16 (F), 135x16 (F)
Hang cleans: 135x8, 135x8, 135x8
Wide pullups: 8, 8, 4 - 20 total reps

damn 225x16 aint bad man!
 
Yes I was pleased with 225x16. I always stay withing the 15-20 rep range for 225

Anyway, I started the 5/3/1 yesterday. I am doing 4 day lifting and here are my maxes to be safe

bench - 315x1
military - 195x1
squat - 335x1
deadlift - 335x1


Week 1 Day 1 - 5/3/1

Bench:
135x5
205x5
235x5
265x8
Felt good, I did 275x6 a couple weeks ago so I think im getting a little stronger jus getting back into the gym more often


Played a 2 vs 2 bball game right after bench. Lost 15-7, i had to guard some 6'5" 300lb guy i thought hed be soft but he wasnt lol. I was tired after this

yes not natty makes a differance but imagine what happens if you eat clean 24/7 with high carbs, high protein, low-moderate fat...

Well that is an old pic but ill post a NEW one soon and put it as my AVI...but yea benching 225x16 and im on a starvation diet it feels like lol.

Deadlifts:
135x5

Easily could have gotten 2-3 more, but I wanna make sure my form is perfect and that im using my hammies and glutes more than my back.

GHR's:
skipped because of groin

Hanging leg raises:
10

Stating next workout im going to start recording bodyweight but im unsure if i want to do it at night or first thing in the morning, im just scared to go on i the morning and see 170 something....o fuck!

I felt good doing these, 150 for 10 is most ive done for reps, my goal is to do 185x10 right now.

BB Incline:

Just some assistance, i havent done bb incline in a very long time so it felt good.

Dips:

Skipped because traps were still sore from deadlifts.


Im loving the 5/3/1. Everyday you get to look towards something new, and it is relatively light weight right now but I still feel like its an awesome workout every time. Next workout is squats. I still have to limit by assistance work on lower body days because of my groin. But it has gotten a lot better, it used to hurt to squat 135, but now I can squat 315 again.
