Did a workout last night, just to get back into it and i am really sore today. Also kinda fucked my knee up doing hang cleans for some reason
Bench: 135x5, 225x16 (F), 185x16 (F), 135x16 (F)
Hang cleans: 135x8, 135x8, 135x8
Wide pullups: 8, 8, 4 - 20 total reps
damn 225x16 aint bad man!
