alright so i started the 5x5 last week, missed my workouts, then tried starting it again monday, then today i decidd im just gonna do a 5 day routine so i can show myself i can go to the gym and be dedicated. cant follow my 5x5 routine because the gym i go to coses at 10,. so im jus gonna switch gyms and go sun-thurs at night.
