alright so i started the 5x5 last week, missed my workouts, then tried starting it again monday, then today i decidd im just gonna do a 5 day routine so i can show myself i can go to the gym and be dedicated. cant follow my 5x5 routine because the gym i go to coses at 10,. so im jus gonna switch gyms and go sun-thurs at night.

today i found some of my maxes

squat - 315x3
btn military - 185x3
dips - 170lbs + bw x 2
pullups - 11

whats your bodyweight at right now? and have you tried maxes for deadlifts yet?
 
I jacked my groin up again too bro. Close stance high bar bbing squats for me from now on. Fuck all that going heavy shit. I got back up to 405 for reps and then blew my groin up with a 135 warm up. Wtf?!?!

I can still DL but it's been in the crapper lately.
