Just bought 4 containers of smuckers all natural PB, and a fresh ON whey.
at 12% body fat, aiming for 8-9.
Goal, to keep strength and muscle bass while eliminating a minor amount of body fat, especially lower waist, and around the nipples. (As I lost 80+ pounds 2 years ago, it seems some minor pockets of fat are still evident, probrably from the big loss and skin not beingable to stretch back. Not sure, but I'll give it a go.
What I noticed is last summer, I will still eating way too less, and was 135 pounds at a low BF and good muscular look. Over that summer I ate endless PB just thinking of it as a bulking helper, and i didnt eat too much else aside from a cold cut sandwhich here and there, and I gained about 12 pounds over the summer with barely any body fat.
so I know this will work, just time for me to stick to it.
