Usually I wake up and have
64 gram protein shake (lean body plus one scoop of protein factor ion exchanged whey)
2 hours later I have my first meal of real food... Steak and eggs or 2 chicken breasts and rice.
Noon I have another meal of 2 chicken breasts and rice (even if that was the one I ate previously instead of steak and eggs)
230-ish, I have 30 grams ion exchanged whey protein in water
330-ish I go work out
430 -ish post work out 60 grams of ion exchanged whey, 70 grams dextrose post work out shake.
630-700 I will eat my final "real food" meal... usually some red meat or in the case before on my cheat day... the Calif. Pizza Kitchen
900 one scoop ion whey in water - 22 grams protein
11-1130 while posting on EF, I have another 64 gram protein shake like I have in the morning Lean Body plus one scoop ion exchanged whey.
This is the norm
But sometimes it is different... Like today, I had a protein shake at 8AM (slept late), then at 1115 I had a TBone, baked potato and garlic bread with my team from work (my day to treat them), came home and had a scoop of ion whey at 2PM. Took a nap and slept from 215-430. Woke up and had a grilled chicken breast sandwich, side of risotto and glass of cranberry juice.
It is 630 now. I am not working out today (lazy) and obviously my protein intake has slipped from the norm. About 8PM I will have another meal... probably some Thai food somewhere and then my usual protein before bed tonight.
Today was an "off" day for training and diet so to speak.
