Thanks brother yeah on the rare occasion I'll superset a chest exercise followed immediately by a back exercise. 3 different chest and 3 different back exercises all supersetted makes for an insane pump
Haha yeah I'm finding the more tissue I'm putting on the harder it's becoming. No wonder you would struggle brother, you're built like a brick shithouse
Been following this with interest—I'm on a somewhat similar setup (test + GH) and planning to run it a bit longer than usual. Energy and sleep definitely improved once I added GH, but it took a couple weeks to really feel it. Curious what dose you're running and how you're spacing it out? I’ve also been thinking about switching GH brands soon—looking into a few that seem more consistent lately.
